PLANE PAL IS… ‘PLANE’ AND SIMPLE GENIUS
Invented by an Aussie mother of three with a clear vision to make travelling with children less stressful, Plane Pal is the answer to parents actually being able to enjoy a flight, watch a movie and perhaps even get some shut-eye for a change!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
For instant comfort at 30,000 feet, simply inflate and place in front of a plane seat. Voila!

Sounds simple enough? But wait, there’s more!
FIVE THINGS YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT PLANE PAL
1. IT’S BEEN EVERYWHERE, MAN
While Plane Pal was designed with aircraft in mind, it can be used en route virtually anywhere!
- In the car – with the bonus of little ones being unable to kick your seat, and for reasons I can’t explain, their heads don’t seem to flop forward as much either (added bonus)!
- On the train
- On the bus
- In the caravan
- And even in your living room as an ottoman! (TrΓ©s chic, non?)
2. IT’S EASIER TO INFLATE THAN A POOL DONUT
Plane Pal comes with a handy inflation kit. But, you can also easily inflate it yourself. If you’ve got enough puff for a pool donut, then Plane Pal will feel like a breeze.Β Only takes a couple of minutes to inflate – and seconds to deflate!
3. UPSIDE DOWN, ROUND AND ROUND
Depending on your use for Plane Pal, it will fit virtually any aircraft, bus, car, train or caravan. Place it length ways for the exit/bulkhead row, sideways, right way up, upside down, partially deflated, the options are endless.
Length ways for Bulkhead rows
Upside down for budget carriers (and also cars)
Right way up for Standard airlines
4. KEEP CALM AND PUT THOSE FEET UP
We love that Plane Pal has two chambers. So if you prefer a footrest, simply inflate only the top section to achieve instant anti-DVT leg support.
5. SEAL OF APPROVAL
Plane Pal is approved by over 40 airlines! Just keep it deflated during take off and landing and avoid the aisle seats. Otherwise, you’re good to go!

New Zealand was a great destination for me and my then 10 month old. Roadtrip! With so much beautiful scenery, and distances not all that far between destinations, made travelling with a bubby quite painless.
Indonesia! My favourite destination to visit my family. Thatβs would be perfect for my daughter.
We had so much fun in Noosa as a family of 4 recently! Itβs quite far for us west aussies to travel, plane pal would certainly make the journey easier!
This will come in handy for my next oversea trip
Oh I saw this at the One Fine Baby show – it would be amazing for travelling. Weβre doing a huge family (10 adults, 7 kids) trip to Malaysia over Christmas – thereβd be fights over who could use the Plane Pal!
Favourite family friendly destination for our tribe is Spain – welcoming, walkable cities such as Barcelona, islands vibes and the most family friendly beaches and restaurants in Ibiza, villages filled with history and locals who love kids! Plane pal would be such a wonderful addition to our family especially on the long hail flights with three kids!!
Favourite family holiday destination would have to be somewhere tropical like Fiji or Thailand. We also like camping if we dont have the time or money to go overseas.
As we have family back in the USA we are always looking for ways to make traveling from Sydney to LA as smooth as possible. This would be great for our family
What a fantastic idea! Wish they were around when my first born was little!
We just got back from our 3rd time in Fiji. We have friends that live over there so itβs our favourite place to go with the kids. Weβve explored Denarau and pacific harbour so far.
Fiji and Hamilton Island are our favourite family dEstinations
I would love to try a plane pal on our flights from
Australia to New York in September! A flight with kids that are comfy would be amazing!
My daughter and I have been to Disneyland twice and it’s our favourite place in the world! We love the escapism and magic you feel while you’re there. I’d love to be able to visit every Disney location around the world. We’re thinking of Disneyworld next year (I’ve been twice but my daughter hasn’t).
I love taking my kids to visit my family back in the US. I would love to take them to Philadelphia and New York City this Christmas.
These look amazing and would so come in handy while travelling with our 2 x 4yo at the end of the year!
Italy , in particular , Arco, Riva and Limone was brillant for us, family of 4. The H and I plus 2 active girls! Food as always is divine, the people mostly warm ;), the gelato… belissimo! We did have electric scooters to help us along with the little windy roads and made traveling with the little ones perfect. We stayed in Arco and just did day trips. Found little housing areas with wonderful sensory playgrounds and water play. Big thumbs up if youβre exploring north of Italy.
I love going to the uk to see my family and show my boys where I’m from π
Noosa was awesome with our Daughter, who was 8 months old at the time! It had such a family friendly vibe, and even the fancy restaurants had high chairs for bubs to enjoy fine dining! The beach is beautiful, and the locals are super friendly.
This is brilliant. We are a family of 4 and fly about every 9 months from Australia to the US. This would be a game changer for my young children. What a great product!
Favourite family travel destination is always Queensland! However, weβll be making our third long haul flight MEL to LHR with our little girl soon, and canβt think of a better way to make the trip more comfortable for her than winning a Plane Pal!!
Looks amazing! π
We love travelling, so deciding a favourite is too difficult!! We do love Ireland and the USA.. and Europe…Heading to Hong Kong (1st time) in April with my two young daughters. These would be absolutely amazing!…especially since we have booked red eye flights and our girls will be wanting to go back to sleep
Would be super handy for when we need to go home to Jakarta with a toddler and soon-to-be infant – I can only imagine the freedom of having the toddler sleep using the plane pal and the infant in the bassinet πππ
Favourite holiday destination for our family is Singapore.
Our favorite family destination is Hamilton Island on the QLD Coast in the witsundays. It’s so beautiful and relaxing. Something for the whole family.
